Private Network

GBT Technologies Platform Technology is called GopherInsight™, which uses “public” RF spectrum to facilitate a private network between enabled devices.

Products that use GopherInsight™ can have network access without using traditional Bluetooth, Cellular or Satellite connectivity.

This would enable users to have network and internet access without paying traditional carrier monthly fees, and would work at ranges exceeding 30 miles from another enabled device.

Intellectual Property

During development and deployment, the Company has been granted, and has pending, a portfolio of Intellectual Property that will include smart microchips, mobile application software and supporting cloud software. The system contemplates the creation of a global network

GBT Technologies believes that this will be the first system to be developed using an artificial intelligence-based analysis engine. Since the core of the system in its next phase will be an advanced microchip that can be installed in any mobile device, worldwide, GBT Technologies expects that this will result in an internal, private network between all connected mobile devices (Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, etc.).

Utilizing any IoT (‘Internet of Things’) mobile or fixed device, such as autonomous vehicles (cars, drones, robots, aircraft, spacecraft), and wearable consumer technologies, GBT plans to provide technology for computing power enhancement, advanced mobile database management, as well as robust information-sharing functionalities and additional mobile features, without the need for internet connectivity.

DOUGLAS L. DAVIS
CEO

Since 2010, Mr. Davis has served as the CEO of Bitspeed LLC, an extreme file transfer software and appliance solution. In addition, since 2001, Mr. Davis has served as the Managing Partner of CoBuilder, Inc., a consulting organization providing services associated with increasing efficiencies, including market penetration and revenues, for large and small corporate entities. Mr. Davis received an AB Political Science from Stanford University and a MBA (Concentration in Finance and Strategic Management) from UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Rittman served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Marketing of a private smart-chip design company from 2007 through 2012.

DANNY RITTMAN
CTO, Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Where he lead the company?s technological direction including architecture, design and development of Electric Design Automation software tools, to the successful launch of operating products. From 2012 through the present, Mr. Rittman has served as a Senior Integrated Circuit Design Consultant for several leading technology companies, where he manages teams of integrated circuit designers within the mobile technology arena, leading these teams’ technological direction for next generation mobile oriented integrated circuits. Mr. Rittman received his Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering VLSI Design from the University of Bridgeport in 1992, his Masters of Science degree in Computer Science VLSI Design/Management in 1996 and his PhD in Computer Science LSI Design in 1998 from LaSalle University. Mr. Rittman has had more than 150 technical papers published in EE Times, Frontier EE and other technical publications.

Mr. Pickard is a certified public accountant with experience providing management consulting services for small to medium sized companies, including review and preparation of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Pickard is the owner of Kevin F. Pickard, CPA, PC which he founded in 1998. Prior to that, from August 1996 to July 1998, Mr. Pickard was a partner of Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein, LLP, where he co-managed the accounting its securities industry practice group. He was employed as a Business Assurance Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (formerly, Coopers & Lybrand, LLP) in various offices from September 1987 to July 1993 and from April 1994 to August 1996, where he focused on auditing companies in insurance, high-tech and industries.

KEVIN F. PICKARD

Mr. Pickard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University. Mr. Pickard is currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and California.
Erik Klinger is an executive with over 20 years of management and board experience. He previously served as CFO of GBT Technologies, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for the company.

Mr. Klinger is the founder and CEO of Dealounge; an online platform that specializes in distributing under-covered merger and acquisition deals in the lower middle market to a broader audience of private equity firms, strategic acquirers and family offices. Additionally, Mr. Klinger established and operated Ocelot Partners, a private due diligence, audit and advisory firm, working with both companies and high net worth individuals. Mr. Klinger also successfully launched and administered a financial staffing firm focused on placing interim CFOs and Controllers in public and private companies. Mr. Klinger began his career at Andersen Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1992 through 1997 in New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Sciences modified with Economics from Dartmouth College, and his MBA in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Mansour has a degree in Electro Engineering from the Technical University of Aachen in Germany, and has also studied Economics at the HS Wuppertal. He has developed and marketed numerous multi-million-dollar consumer websites including EagleRider and Leisurelink. Additionally, he built distribution and marketing systems for Expedia, Orbitz, Saber, Amadeus, and hotels.com. As a private associate, Mansour has helped companies establish new business channels and enter distribution deals. He has hands-on experience working with startup tech companies. Mansour is familiar with many areas of marketing, product development, operations, and finance, which allows him to compliment the holistic functioning of a company’s growth. Because of his big picture perspective, he emphasizes teamwork and seamless operations throughout the companies he has developed, and worked with.
